History of Alpha Tau
The Alpha Tau Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho was chartered on April 14, 1941 on the campus of Jackson State College. By 7 dedicated women. We were the first sorority to charter a chapter on the campus of Jackson State University.
The Alpha Tau Chapter currently has five members. The Members of the chapter are the sorors of Spring 2015 as well as Spring 2016.
